Access
The entire house is accessible for guests. Please do not allow kids to be unattended. There is parking for 4 cars in front of the garage. No garage parking at this time. Guests have access to the entire house except for any locked doors (basement, some closets, etc.) We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive. We will provide directions for access after booking, prior to check-in.

Our homes are professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Linens, towels, toiletries, and essential kitchen supplies* are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi supports streaming and remote work. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to respect our neighbors. Ideal booking for large groups visiting Niagara Falls region. We arrived on the hottest day of the year to discover the air conditioning was not working. The air units on the 3rd floor and electricity were out. Our host was contacted and made sure it was repaired. He checked back with us several times to make sure everything was still working and we were comfortable. Very responsive, appreciated and happy with our stay.

The house has 9 bedrooms which made it perfect for our family stay. We were returning to Niagara Falls for a Memorial Service for my mother. With elderly family members coming, we appreciated that there were 2 bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath. The backyard was cute and the porch with picnic tables made it nice for the family to gather and chat after the Memorial Service. The host was very responsive to my questions ahead of time about the layout of the house.

At first when i saw the house and the property was older and i wasn’t to sure i was going to like it . But don’t let the outside fool you . The inside had a lot for everyone . . Plenty of room for everyone to be together . It was great to have 2 bedrooms down stairs for us older ones . The kids loved the upstairs. With 3 floors and all those bedrooms was just right for us all . This is perfect for a big family .The host was great too . They ask several times if we needed anything .The only thing i could say was missing was a washer and dryer. All that being said i would for sure stay there again .

I had a great stay, space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was close to everything I needed.
