Access
The entire house is accessible for guests. Please do not allow kids to be unattended. There is parking for 4 cars in front of the garage. No garage parking at this time. Guests have access to the entire house except for any locked doors (basement, some closets, etc.) We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive. We will provide directions for access after booking, prior to check-in.

Our homes are professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Linens, towels, toiletries, and essential kitchen supplies* are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi supports streaming and remote work. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to respect our neighbors. Ideal booking for large groups visiting Niagara Falls region. Depending on the time of year and occupancy, the linen and some textiles you see in the pictures may not be to the exact representation in the homes versus what you see in the pictures. Lastly, to our valued guests, we try our best to provide you with the essential amenities in all of our properties , however there are certain items we DO NOT keep stocked in our homes. In particular, food related items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oils and other items along that nature. During these unprecedented times, we fell it is better that YOU the guest provide those items for yourself.

The house was huge and it was enough space for my family and I. The location was great, minutes from the Falls and the casino. It was clean and everything that was stated would be there was there. Overall, we were pleased and would stay there again. I recommend others to space.
