Depending on the time of year and occupancy, the linen and some textiles you see in the pictures may not be to the exact representation in the homes versus what you see in the pictures. Lastly, to our valued guests, we try our best to provide you with the essential amenities in all of our properties , however there are certain items we DO NOT keep stocked in our homes. In particular, food related items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oils and other items along that nature. During these unprecedented times, we fell it is better that YOU the guest provide those items for yourself.
Access
The entire house is accessible for guests. Please do not allow kids to be unattended. There is parking for 4 cars in front of the garage. No garage parking at this time. Guests have access to the entire house except for any locked doors (basement, some closets, etc.) We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive. We will provide directions for access after booking, prior to check-in.
Interaction With Guests
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns! We answer as promptly as possible. In all emergencies. We have other people accessible when needed, we are here to ensure that the guests have a safe and comfortable trip and aim to provide a 5 Star Experience. Each house has accommodations to expand for additional guests with air mattresses in common areas. Just let us know if one is need at the time of booking.

LOCATION! This house is very close to many attractions that Niagara Falls offers and it is also close to the highway, supermarket, restaurants, etc. It is absolutely perfect for your trip in the Falls as you can park your cars on site and walk to all the tourist attractions nearby. Enjoy Niagara Falls with family/friends in this beautiful home!

There are buses, that run throughout the neighborhood, there is Uber and Lyft available in the area.

The house was huge and it was enough space for my family and I. The location was great, minutes from the Falls and the casino. It was clean and everything that was stated would be there was there. Overall, we were pleased and would stay there again. I recommend others to space.
